Rural Kingtown, Australia, has a new home that is a replica of the original home that the royal family has in the capital, Canberra.
The house, built in 1928 by the Kingstown Farmers’ Club and the Kingstons, is the first of its kind in Australia.
It’s one of the only houses in Australia that has the original house of Kingstown in it, which was built in 1925 and is still in use today.
The property is currently being sold for $8 million ($6 million US).
The family who built the house say they are looking forward to celebrating its centenary.
The original house, in its current state, has been sitting empty for a century, but this year the house was restored to its original state and was given the name Kingstown.
“We think it’s a great thing that it’s being restored, it’s quite amazing,” the family said.
“We think the house is a wonderful part of the community, it is a good symbol of rural Australia and it is something we look forward to.”
The new house, which is about 60 metres (200 feet) tall, is owned by the owners of the farm and is currently on the market for $5.2 million ($3.6 million Australian).
